Approximately 1.22v at 4.5Ghz might work, but you should keep an eye on it and adjust the voltage as needed if it becomes unstable. Just remember, forum members aren't responsible if anything happens to your CPU—be careful with this setup.

Your CPU is already running at 4.7 GHz, 4.5 would not be seen as an overclock. You should have BIOS settings that let you use all cores at 4.7, which Intel enables by default for each core. This is essentially safe overclocking considering your cooling setup. Pushing further in the long term might need a more advanced cooling system.

I'm reviewing this chip more closely now. I'm in agreement with @Applefreak—it's essentially an underclock. Sorry I didn't dig deeper when I was writing my last post.

It's 4.7 with single core boost. Every core runs at 4.3. A slight improvement to 4.5, though it's still a modest change.

Core stock at 43x ensures smooth performance up to 45x without needing voltage adjustments. Just configure 45x in BIOS and run a stress test.

It's been a while, but I guess even the poorest units run at 1.3V 4.6 with full AVX support. Perhaps begin around 1.27 and 4.5, then reduce the voltage further.
