I recently assembled my PC with an i5-8400 processor and a GTX 1060 graphics card (6GB), but I’m experiencing unexpectedly low frame rates, averaging between 20 and 30 frames per second in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. I’m curious about the cause of this issue, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated—thank you.

Did you accidentally connect your monitor cable to the computer’s built-in video output instead of the graphics card's port?
