Here are your advice questions rephrased:
1) Which cooler would suit the Intel Core i5-2400 with Turbo Boost from 3.1GHz to 3.4GHz?
2) Which SSD should I purchase for SATAII, needing both 250Gb and 500Gb options?
3) Which GTX 1060 variant is preferable with the i5-2400 at 3.4GHz: 3Gb or 6Gb?
Additionally, consider your two monitors (1024x768 at 75Hz and 1920x1080 at 146Hz).
Thank you for your inquiry!

Hi Sir
1. For Turbo Boost U, a better cooling system than the standard one is really necessary. It should work fine, but if you insist on purchasing, what suggestions would you have? Please check it out here: https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Hyp...B005O65JXI
2. Any SSD will significantly improve speed compared to an HDD. Both should work with SATA II, and I prefer 500 GB, though both will offer major advantages over traditional HDDs.
3. More VRAM is always better, but it depends on your CPU. I have a Sandy Bridge i5 from the second generation. I don’t think you need a 6 GB version of that GPU. Do you know why? Because the CPU can’t handle heavy games that require more than 3 GB of VRAM at higher resolutions.

Sir, the more VRAM you have is better, though it depends on your CPU. I’m not sure you need a 6 GB version just because your CPU is Sandy Bridge and the second generation. Do you think that’s necessary? Because the CPU can’t handle games with more than 3 GB of VRAM, especially at higher resolutions. Buying a 6 GB version for a GTX 1060 in QHD or 4K might be a waste unless your CPU gets upgraded too.
If:
- You want to be sure about your GPU and are ready to upgrade your CPU after purchase, then go for it.
- If you prefer sticking with the current setup and can handle heavy games on QHD and 4K, choose that instead.
Always opt for higher resolution quality since a new GPU will better manage FHD or demanding tasks.
I prefer the HD option (1080p - 1920*1080).
Thank you, and I hope this clarifies my points. Sorry for the poor English.
Best regards

A stock cooler is fine if you already own one, but if you need to purchase one, I recommend investing a bit more in a Cryorig H7, CM EVO 212, or Deepcool Gammax 400, which can be reused later.
Because a SATA III connection works backward and fits future projects, I’d look into the Samsung 850 EVO or, on a tighter budget, the PNY CS1311 or OCZ Trion 150.
For a 1080p display, the 3 gb card is sufficient, though with smart shopping you could find a 6 GB model near that cost.
