You might obtain an i5 9400f with a separate graphics card, it’s a 6-core, 6-thread processor and represents an improvement over the i3.

I checked the specifications for the Asus GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB Phoenix Video Card. It should perform well for basic gaming and light content creation.
