Intel Bluetooth driver restarts without issues, yet connected devices still fail to install.
I don’t understand anything. I only know that turning off the bluetooth driver makes the other four disappear, and bringing it back makes them reappear. When trying to reinstall bluetooth through Device Manager, it shows similar errors: "Windows encountered a problem," "Found drivers but error occurred," and "Could not find the file." Everything has been acting strangely since the last system restore.
Additionally, when attempting to upgrade the driver via Windows Update, you receive a download error code 0x80070002, indicating possible corrupt or absent system files. Would installing Windows 11 or updating your Windows 10 version resolve this issue?
I performed a system restore earlier. Initially the custom lockscreen failed, then the sfc scannow reported an error. Many small adjustments were needed, and I've been thinking about updating my OS. It hasn't been updated in a while, and nothing has changed. This issue seems to have occurred unexpectedly. As you suggested, I'll try using a different internet connection next time.
