Hi, I recently removed some drivers and tried to reinstall fresh ones. The Bluetooth driver works without issues, but the connection fails because other drivers can't be installed. It shows errors like "Windows encountered a problem," "Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error," and "The system cannot find the file specified." The specific drivers involved are: 1. Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator 2. Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) 3. Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) 4. Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator I hope a solution exists!

Mainboard? ... Is it a ready-made unit, a laptop, or something you assembled yourself?

Navigate to the HP homepage, select support from software and driver downloads, then click the laptop, input your serial number, and you’ll locate Bluetooth drivers ready for download and installation.

The site isn’t assisting. It took time to locate the drivers, but nothing happened. I attempted driver updates, yet none recognized them. I’m stuck and don’t know if there’s a third-party option available.

on the network it displays Intel Bluetooth drivers and Realtek Bluetooth drivers. I usually obtain them from the original manufacturers. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...=bluetooth driver realtek is a bit more complicated. Windows updates have stopped providing them because of outdated drivers. Try these links: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/sel...s/29322788. I’m not sure if this applies to your PC. Pick the OS version and proceed, don’t try to identify your system. Belov click the plus button for all drivers, then go to Network. Look for Intel and Realtek Bluetooth drivers there.

I've only managed to find information on the intel site. Every time I try a different Bluetooth driver, the rest of the components don't install. Still, some four devices remain unreachable. Ugh!

Instead of using a model, input your serial number. Ensure all drivers are updated with Realtek Bluetooth. Does your Wi-Fi card indicate Intel or Realtek?
