As long as speculative execution exists in any architecture—regardless of whether it's x86 or ARM, or who designed it—there will always be a potential threat ready to emerge through this ongoing cat-and-mouse battle.

It's possible many components could have side channel weaknesses, but not all will be affected equally. The Duron 1000 and Pentium 4 1400 might show vulnerabilities in certain scenarios.
