Hello! Based on your GPU choice, I wouldn't recommend upgrading to a more powerful CPU for streaming. The NVDIA nvenc encoder performs well and makes a costly CPU unnecessary. For most esports games, an AMD 5600 or Intel 12400F should suffice. If you plan for future upgrades, the AM5 platform is the best option.
I don't think going 10th or 11th gen Intel is intuitive at all, in fact, I really can thing of a reason to go with 10th gen here. 13th gen overall has a bit more reasons going for it than am5 currently has, but if you plan to upgrade often, am5 will have significantly more cpu upgrades since there will be a socket switch in 14th gen

For games using the nvenc encoder version 3060 or higher, it works fine. This suggestion seems interesting but you'll need a minimum of 8 e-cores to run a medium CPU preset in OBS to match NVENC. Even then, it might not be worth it.
