Dr3r4 works well at the moment, but DDR5 isn't available yet. The budget for the motherboard is 300 USD.

CPU overclocking isn't effective lately, so don't try to boost it for big gains. A modest improvement might only reach around 200MHz. For minimal power use, consider Z690 A Pro or UD. If you prefer higher performance with less energy, the Z690 Phantom Gaming 4 or H670 PG Riptide works well—same hardware, different chipset.
