Hello, I'm helping you set up ZeroTier on your TrueNAS Scale server. To create both a public and secret identity, you'll need to use the ZeroTier ID tool. This process typically involves generating a unique ID for each account. Since you're using TrueNAS apps, you can still follow the steps while managing your storage setup—just ensure your hardware specs are compatible with the required resources. Let me know if you need further clarification!

Set up a different machine, install Zerotier, and execute the command to generate the identity secret. Afterward, transfer those files to your TrueNAS server at the desired location. If Zerotier ID Tool isn't included with the package, simply launch the terminal on TrueNAS and run it there.
