Looking ahead, this motherboard supports the Intel AC 3168 WiFi adapter. You'll need to obtain both the PROSet and Bluetooth drivers compatible with your Windows version, remove the previous WiFi/BT drivers, and then install them. If updating drivers doesn't resolve the issue, Microsoft provides a detailed troubleshooting guide for WiFi connection problems.
