Hello, I need assistance figuring out a possible software or driver problem affecting your internet performance. No changes have been made to your setup except the display. Your PC previously used the full 1Gbps speed from Google Fiber, but now only three other devices get that speed over Ethernet. Those same devices still receive full 1Gbps on your network cable. It seems the issue is specific to your PC, though I’m not sure how to troubleshoot further. I’m at the beginning of my troubleshooting journey and would really appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thanks!

I fixed the issue. It was a Windows problem. I accessed settings > network & internet > Network Reset (at the bottom). This was on 22H2 of Windows 10, build 19045.4894. I recognized it as software-related, though I'm not very skilled with it. I'll keep this in mind for anyone else needing help later.

It seems the port might have a minor issue. I suggest testing a different cable, though the internal NIC could be failing and require a PCIe card instead. Here’s a link for reference: https://www.amazon.com/Realtek-Chipset-E...B007MWYCG2

Your computer's network adapter might be reducing its performance to a slower rate (100 instead of the usual 1000) because of signal or noise problems. You can adjust your adapter's speed or duplex setting to 1000, but be mindful that if your connection drops unexpectedly, it could be linked to this setting and your PC's difficulty adjusting to a lower speed.
