You have a Z68X-UD7-B3 with 2600k installed, and you've built the whole system into the BIOS. You're trying to set up Windows 10 from a USB drive, but it's not working despite using it before. The latest BIOS version doesn't support installation from USB.

Powering up the machine should let you use F12 to access the boot options. There you’ll notice your USB storage device, and if the BIOS settings are correct, you should be able to start without problems.

I've tested both USB-FDD and USB-Zip, but they aren't functioning.
