I’m thinking about upgrading my MacBook Pro with an SSD and more RAM. I want to know if I can run just Windows 10 without installing macOS.

Only Windows can be installed on a MacBook. It functions properly, but you must use the Apple drivers.

Press the designated key during startup to choose your Windows USB. After that, obtain a backup of the bootcamp drivers and you're ready to proceed.
