Start the installation from the Windows setup, enter advanced settings, and remove every partition. Select installing on empty space, and the system will set up all required partitions automatically.

I've been attempting this and it hasn't succeeded until recently. I'm still uncertain about the problem. I switched the partition table from MSDOS to GPT and reconfigured the USB, which allowed access to the drive. This time when I clicked new on the empty drive, it displayed 1. Recovery Partition, 2. System Partition, 3. Leftmost unallocated space. Then I clicked new again, resulting in 3. MSR and 4. Main OS partition. The installation started but then triggered an error 0x8007045D.

The format you received could be the ISO version. For the MCT, save it as an ISO file and then transfer it to a USB drive using Rufus.

I used the MCT to create it. I also made one by importing Universal USB Installer from ISO, and another by simply pasting the ISO files onto the flash drive. I don’t think that’s the problem. I recall a similar issue before—loose SATA cable allowed data reading but not OS installation. After reconnecting the cables, the setup is now working properly. I’ll update this post once more with the outcome.

If not, employ Rufus following the official ISO standard.

It functioned properly; it's surprising everything appeared only after the OS installation. The cable might have been slightly unsecured.

Bad ISO files can lead to numerous problems, especially if you search for them online and the issue shifts blame elsewhere. I rely on "trusted" ISO files stored on my hard drive and use Rufus portable to manage them.

The issue wasn't with the ISO file itself; it was the loose SATA cable. I encountered several error messages indicating I needed to reformat the drive, but there was no clear guidance on how to do that.
