Watch the video carefully. Installation issues are arising. Trying to set up on a WD Blue 250 gb SSD. System details: MSI 970A-G43, fully updated BIOS, AMD FX 8350, 24 GB RAM, MSI GTX 1070.

It seems the system doesn’t recognize the drive as valid. I’d try another OS like Ubuntu first. If that succeeds, it suggests the hardware is fine but the Win10 ISO might be faulty. Also, when prompted about installation, skip the “I don’t have a key” option and just press next. Remove whatever the OS thinks is on the SSD—avoid seeing “System” and aim for “Blank.” Try installing Nix next; it should help determine whether the issue is hardware or the OS.

Select the desired drive then press Format to prepare it. The IDE might not be suitable for AHCI because it can cause compatibility issues or instability.

I attempted to configure it as AHCI but the installation kept failing. I repeated formatting, yet it didn't work.

Ubuntu is working properly, yet the Western Digital SSD Dashboard fails to detect the attached SSD. This seems unusual.

It was installed and worked fine. I reformatted it and started Windows 10 on my HDD, making sure the system recognizes the SSD. I think I’ll send it back for replacement. Still unsure what else to do.

It seems the latest update for WD SSD Dash doesn't recognize 250 GB SSDs. That's confusing. I've posted an update video, but it still isn't working. @Radium_Angel

I wanted to know if Ubuntu detected the system. Did you set up Ubuntu on the SSD or use a live CD?
