I acquired this device through a vendor. Did any group have a similar one before?
Seems its a common issue and someone found a workaround if you follow the exact steps. Seems these (not surprising ftom the specs really) were made to be direct e waste tablets with some reclaimed board from another device hence the policy weirdness
