It seems you're considering a workaround for installation. If you format the SSD, divide it into two sections—like 10 GB and another 10 GB—and place the ISO on the smaller one, you might be able to boot and install from that partition.
but why? there is windows2go, but i am pretty sure thats not what your asking.
