I recently brought a vega 64 rog strix edition , when I go to plug the card in I get no display and the pc just hangs. Nvidia drivers have been uninstalled. I can boot the pc fine with any other gpu

It doesn't really matter anymore; it turned out the GPU had stopped working, so I brought it to the shop but they couldn't fix it. I switched to a 5700XT and it's functioning fine now.
