I suspect a fresh issue, maybe I'm missing something. I've been working on this for a few days now. My setup includes: Ryzen 7 5800x3D, Nvidia 3080 FE, MSI B550I, Gaming Edge Max PSU, 1TB WDSN550, and a CorSAIR Vengeance LPX with DDR4 2x16 at 3600MHz. I'm not using XMP for RAM. After updating the motherboard and CPU, my PC only shows one display at low resolution—1280x720 instead of the intended 2560x1440. The other screen isn't working. Boot time is slow, and even after a fresh install, it still lags to 19-22 FPS in Warzone. I restarted once, but it returned to the same problem. I've also tried upgrading to Windows 11 and changing the SSD from legacy to UEFI, though I received a warning to call WinReReapir for repairs. BIOS updates helped briefly, but after restarting again, the display remained at low resolution. I've attempted another Windows install, but it failed again. The system won't boot into Windows unless Legacy mode is enabled, and the SSD is correctly set to UEFI. Please assist!

750w PSU with a 3080fe could work but may also cause problems. Issues might involve OCP trips and BSoDs. There’s no official support called WinREpair; WinRE is more about safe mode for boot disk repairs, which doesn’t align with what you’re describing. It could be malware, or there might be simple typos or autocorrect errors.
