Returned my i7 6700k along with some accessories and managed to acquire a new case i5 6600k priced at 380. I'm checking if the 140mm exhaust and front 240mm will be adequate for temperatures, or if I need to install extra fans since the case includes a nice PWM fan hub on the side.

If you don't plan to increase the GPU's speed, the fans you currently have are more than enough.

Gingerbread says if you don’t need to overclock the GPU, your current fans are more than enough. Thanks ging! If I did, what should I focus on? Appreciate the reply.

Well, if you've purchased everything, you're all set. Perhaps a second monitor or an upgraded one would help, though nothing immediately comes to mind. Alternatively, if you plan to play games, consider investing in gaming accessories.
