Installed an AIO... experiencing issues after reconnecting everything! Please assist!
Hey everyone! I installed an aio a long time ago and kept having issues, but I was too lazy to fix it. Now I want to get back into PC gaming, so I need it working properly. I don’t see any signal on my monitor when the PC powers on. Also, the RGB isn’t showing up on my keyboard and mouse, though the case fans do spin with RGB lighting. I hear some water droplets inside the aio, but I’m not sure if that’s normal or not... it’s not dripping into the case. My GPU fans don’t turn on at startup either, but I think they shouldn’t be. Could anyone share any tips or help? Thanks!
Just take off the CPU component and check if you need to remove the thermal paste.
Did you previously use a screwdriver to secure the pump head? One chance it might have been too tight. Clean both surfaces and then apply paste. During assembly, hand-tighten as closely as feasible.
I just reversed all settings and tightened the connections. The monitor and peripherals still don’t show any signal. The fans and RGB remain active. I attempted to run without the GPU and cleaned the RAM sticks, but it’s still not working.
Did you originally take out the CPU from the socket? I should have recommended checking the CPU for bent pins before reassembly (sorry).
I don’t think I removed the What he cpu from the socket during the first installation. Could it be the pins on the CPU? Are there other steps I should try before I take everything out again? All the lights and RGB are on, but my peripherals aren’t working. The fans are spinning up too. No signal at all :/
