I installed a 3200 MHz dual-channel RAM with 2x8 slots. Added Corsair LX Series 2x16 3200 MHz modules in the same slots 2 and 4. Only modified the RAM and the fan above it. I own an ASUS Prime Z590-V motherboard. I’m uncertain if the RAM slots were damaged. I followed the manual but possibly made a mistake. I’ve reinstalled the original RAM and still faced the same problem. I’ve tested other slots, but slot 1 is blocked by the radiator cord. Any advice? 70076835931__6FB19725-D29D-4A7C-B5D4-D899C902CC75.MOV

Check if your RAM is properly seated in slots 2 and 4, not 3 and 4 as shown in the video. Consider resetting the CMOS to ensure the motherboard recognizes the new RAM.

I was correct. Sadly, I hired a technician today, and he resolved the problem within the first 20 minutes. The spacing wasn’t right, and the CMOS reset I performed yesterday didn’t help since the RAM wasn’t fully engaged.
