Help! I upgraded my 4060 to 4090. It doesn’t show anything on my monitor, but the GPU RGB lights are on. I’ve tried DDU drivers, reset the CMOS, used an HDMI cable, and switched to another display port cable. I put back the old 4060, then tried the 1660ti and it worked. I’m sure it’s not working when my keyboard’s RGB doesn’t boot up. Is it possible the GPU is dead?

how were you linking the PSU to the new card? which one is it?
update the BIOS of the motherboard
