Usually you receive enough paste for multiple uses. Apply it and operate. When possible, purchase fresh paste and swap it out. You don’t need much paste. You could simply lightly glide a credit card over both to smooth it then assemble. If everything is functioning properly, avoid touching it again until you acquire new paste.

Same image as in Post #1 – accurate?
Which thermal paste brand was used and how was it applied?
Regarding CPU temperatures: the acceptable operating range should be specified in the documentation.
The cooler must be capable of meeting or aligning with those requirements.

It's thermal paste pre-applied to the AMD stock cooler. I just installed the stock cooler without applying the paste, but after a short time I removed it to re-adjust and took a picture of the CPU. Then I reinstalled the stock cooler again.

Uncertain about the amount of flexibility when adjusting pre-applied thermal paste. If you installed the original cooler and had to relocate or adjust it, it might require a full reset. Alternatively, you could proceed without changes and just observe the temperatures later. Above specifications, high temperatures suggest you'll need to clean and reapply the paste again. Additional notes and advice may be available.
