Someone could explain this situation, here are a few screenshots to reference:
Previously I encountered this issue and believed I needed to adjust settings through Bitlocker under System about/bitlocker. However, that action led to full encryption of my PC. After a completely clean Windows reinstall, the problem seems resolved. I’m not sure if you can help before making further mistakes.

Yes, that appears to be correct. It seems like a useful addition, though it might make reinstallation harder if you're unsure and choose a clean setup without knowing how to generate the decryption key. I appreciate the decrypted PC feature—now I just need to decrypt on by default encryption to avoid repeated issues after each install, so everything stays smooth. It's unclear how long the process would take, especially with power interruptions during encryption/decryption. The Bitlocker On/Off Toggle switch menu is available here: https://imgur.com/unap9iO

I recently installed the ISO using the Microsoft website directly on a brand new drive without encryption, and BitLocker was not enabled. However, after using Rufus to flash it, I can disable BitLocker by adjusting settings in the control panel. Removing it should take a few minutes during decryption, but once done, you can re-flash the drive with Rufus for future use.

Yes, thanks for the input, I just wished I knew all of this at the start of the year, could have saved my self alot of effort and downloading.
Besides encryption turned off simply decrypts everything that had been encrypted up to that point... issue resolved I call it.
