I have the same problem. I have all the windows and my personal files saved but somehow I can't boot back into windows when i restart into Bios Boot Manager. The only boot options were UEFI, My Flash Drive, and Pop, the option for windows isn't there. Edit: I just realized what the problem was. I accidentally deleted the two windows partitions which were the EFI and the Microsoft Reserved Partition. Now my only problem is how do I get them back?
