Hello, my friend reached out to me saying they were bored with the PC and didn’t want it. They joked about giving you something free, LOL, why? He mentioned the blue screen always appeared, no matter what format they tried. He said if Windows or drivers were updated and it still didn’t work, it was probably a RAM issue. He tried Windows 10 GPT MBR blue screen, installed Linux, and it worked fine, but Windows 7 and 10 always caused problems. He was unsure about RAM compatibility with the motherboard and asked how to check if the RAM is suitable.

If they didn't work together the system wouldn't start. Perform some tests.

I have no way to proceed, I can't download Chrome or anything else every half second. The version is 10.15 and I'm stuck.

It seems the problem is related to the operating system. Consider reinstalling Windows from a new installation media. Alternatively, you might opt to run it on Linux instead.
