I've chosen to use Ubuntu, but during installation I thought I created a 10 GB swap space, yet it turned into a 100 GB swap and completely replaced the disk. The entire 500 GB partition was used as the primary, while I only wanted 50 GB free. How can I repartition the drive in Ubuntu so that I have some unused space? Currently, all the HDD is filled with two partitions, which isn't what I need. 2. The keyboard layout on my laptop doesn't match the one installed with Ubuntu—everything seems swapped, like z=y and y=z, with characters misplaced. I need to set the default layout to match the one on my laptop, but I'm unsure which option to pick from the regional settings in Serbia.

No, it's the same issue. Do I really need to restart? Make sure the language is set to US English.

I don't understand partitioning in Linux, so I can't assist you with that.

They mentioned using a live session from USB. The warning indicates the task can't run because the partition is active while the system starts.
