I'm sorry for the poor English. I encountered the MSI GE73 Raider RGB 8RF laptop with Windows 10 installed. At some point it stopped loading after installation. I attempted to reinstall using the system build in legacy mode and via UEFI. The install finished, but the system failed to start. I also noticed the SSD couldn't be formatted—using diskpart, it looked like it was erased, but after updating the installation page, data returned. I tried formatting it with an external drive as well, but it didn't work. Anyone familiar with this situation? Any advice would be appreciated!
I would connect the drive to another system and verify its smart status (health). If it's Samsung, you can use the Samsung Magician. For others, Passmark offers a free tool to check if it's toasted.
