Hello, today is your birthday and tomorrow is Christmas. The OS building day is coming up, and I’m concerned about the updates. I plan to buy Windows 8.1 Pro Student (available on the Microsoft Store). Some reviews say it doesn’t work well because it lacks an ISO file. However, when I add it to my cart, it shows "All Languages - .exe file." Can you help clarify this?
