Hi everyone, I’m trying to set up my Surface Pro 5 with Windows 11. The installation wizard starts, but the touchscreen isn’t responding, and I don’t have a keyboard—my USB one doesn’t connect either. Do you have any tips or workarounds? Thanks!

The provided keyboard appears to be damaged. Is this the Intel Tin-Light laptop you mentioned?

I’m not sure if it relies on Bluetooth or some other proprietary wireless method. If it’s Bluetooth, you could use a Bluetooth keyboard or connect via a Bluetooth transceiver with a USB port.
