I followed the instructions from the known YouTuber for installation. It functioned properly each time I reinstalled from a fresh drive, but this machine seems to be causing issues. Often it displayed 'no signal.' After checking the BIOS, I discovered it was set to PEG mode, which could be PCIe or a graphics card. I switched it to IGD, which had an integrated option (force) that kept failing to boot from USB.

I hadn't considered switching to CMOS yet since I already have one extra. However, after doing F2 it would transition directly to BIOS. I'll let you know if adjusting CMOS makes a difference.

f2 sets the initial settings, keep going—just make sure Windows isn’t installed on your HDD yet. It should still work fine.

You're unsure whether to prioritize the UEFI hard disk or your USB drive in BIOS setup, as the system still boots but displays black. For your second question, since you have an integrated graphics adapter and only a built-in GPU, placing the PEG adapter on the I/O card should work—even if auto-detection is enabled.
