Today I purchased an Arctic Freezer 240mm RGB AIO and replaced it with my regular i3 10100f (I5 10600kf pending). After installation, I powered on my PC and noticed a black screen. I confirmed Windows booted up because Razer Synapse activated the custom keyboard and mouse lighting. The issue persists with only a black display. I've tried reinstalling the stock cooler, reseating RAM, CPU, GPU, battery, and even swapping the monitor cable. Any suggestions?

Yes, the CPU fan is connected to the power source.

Seems like you covered most possibilities, but didn't connect the monitor cable to the GPU. Which one are you using?

Step 1. Remove CMOS. Step 2. Verify cooler attachment. Must not be overly secure. Step 3 follows based on outcomes of previous steps.

It began functioning on its own. I woke up the next day and everything worked correctly. Not sure what caused it. Appreciate the help!
