The drivers were installed properly now. Just search for your wireless network. Open Settings, then Network and Internet, select WiFi, make sure it’s turned on, and click Show Available Networks. You’ll see all the networks nearby. Pick one you can connect to and enter its password—you’re ready to go!
Your Wi-Fi adapter is still connected, which is why you have a connection right now. Removing it would disconnect you from the internet. The indicator you see is showing that it's active.
Check if your motherboard includes Wi-Fi by looking at its specifications or contacting the manufacturer.
From the PCPartpicker selection, the motherboard should include Wi-Fi. Do you have the Wi-Fi antennas on the back of the motherboard? If yes, confirm they are securely attached and visit the provided link for the MediaTek Wireless LAN driver download and installation. After installing, it should appear in your Device Manager as expected.
