I typically visit the motherboard site to obtain everything I require, and I haven’t faced any problems with this method for either Intel or AMD.

You visit the AMD site to obtain chipset and GPU drivers, or use guru3d for combined downloads. Mirrored versions from the AMD domain are available. Manufacturer pages remain inaccessible.

It works automatically on Intel systems. Unless there are problems, I wouldn't be concerned.

It seems automatic updates exist for AMD products as well, but many users or specific hardware require downloading the latest drivers manually. These sites don't offer a way to quickly resolve issues or celebrate fixes.

Being a day0 tester can be tough unless you enjoy it. I get products ready for users, and once they pay, they often try them out. Then they voice problems and ask me to resolve them before I finish. Unless it's brand new, Windows usually handles the issue.
