I don’t understand—i’ll attempt to reinstall Windows, making sure it uses a single partition.

You don’t necessarily need drivers since you haven’t installed Windows yet. Drivers are required once the OS is set up and installed. You’re not wrong about that!

After restarting from the end of the Windows installation, I can either launch the 1. Windows Boot Manager or select the USB drive. I chose the Windows Boot Manager and it again indicates there’s no bootable device detected. The only options listed are (BIOS) 1. Windows Boot Manager and 2. boot usb.

Have you considered turning off secure boot and other boot-related features? On my Asus laptop, I had to adjust five settings before successfully booting from the new SSD instead of the old HDD.

I noticed certain options such as secure boot, but I’m not sure what they do and I didn’t want to adjust them—just planning to check later.

Secure boot ensures the UEFI verifies its database for authorized operating systems and firmware in a specific manner. This can lead to problems, such as when you change storage devices and the required code is missing, preventing the system from starting.

It seems the installation process didn't recognize your SSD, showing just "Windows Boot Manager." Check if the drive is properly connected and formatted.
