You can proceed by downloading the Windows Media Creation Tool. After launching it, select "Upgrade this PC Now" instead of "Create installation media for another PC." Alternatively, prepare the installation media on a USB drive first. Once that's complete, run the tool again and attempt the upgrade. If any issues arise during the process that stop booting, you can perform a clean installation.
