Install Windows on your device.
You're trying to access a setup file named "setup.exe" on a drive, but you don't have Windows installed there. The program appears to prompt for installation, suggesting it's meant for your main PC drive. It seems the drive is empty except for Windows dependencies. Clarify whether you want it installed on this drive or your existing Windows installation.
It performs the installation directly on the device. It will simply replace your existing Windows version if that's correct. You'll have choices about whether to retain your current applications and files.
that is a windows 10 install disk. do you want to reinstall windows? if not, ignore it and save it for a time you do. if it's a part of the system, it most likely got a drive letter assigned it shouldn't have as it's a recovery drive. right click your windows button and open diskmanager to identify where D is located, and to remove the letter on it to not see it. If it's a USB drive, just take it out and save it for a rainy day.
