Hi all There has been a lot of talk these past few days about the whole VBS thing. So I was curious today and did a fresh install on a laptop I had laying around at work, and it had the VBS feature enabled by default. It is an Education Pro license it has for Windows, so maybe that is why? I thought maybe the people could reply with their experience on fresh installs? And for science, what kind of hardware, DIY, business laptop, consumer laptop etc. The PC I did a fresh install on, was a Lenovo ThinkPad L14.

Clean installation activates VBS. Upgrading doesn't (yet) do it (though Microsoft might change this later).

I'm testing it on a ThinkPad P50 with a 6th gen Intel 6700HQ. After a fresh install, VBS wasn't turned on by default, but I managed to enable it through Windows settings. I left it off because it might slow down my CPU.
