Whenever I attempt it, I always manage to use a working USB drive. It works with FAT32, NTFS, and others, but it tends to occur around the 85% mark. Looking back, you'll notice the phrase "Something Happened."

You're encountering the same issue repeatedly. The message appears consistently, but the program fails to load properly even after installing on a flash drive. You've tried two different drives and still face the problem.
