Your PC has encountered boot issues with blue screens, and you're concerned about losing your data since you didn't back up Windows 10 recently. If you still want to try a clean installation without a backup, it's possible but risky. Be sure to follow the steps carefully and consider backing up important files before proceeding.

You can reset windows. This will use the same partition and your old files will be backup by windows as long as you have enough space. The files will be put inside /windows_old folder. Or You can unplug the drive and move it to another pc and then copy all the files you want to keep. And then fresh install.
