Sure! You could try removing your main SSD, disconnecting the OS from it, and formatting the third drive or second SSD. Then reinstall Windows 10 on that second drive along with the HDD. After finishing, you can reformat the second SSD again and connect the first SSD with the OS and HDD. This might work if done carefully.

You don’t have to disconnect them; simply choose the SSD you wish to install and proceed.

Sure, just pick the empty SSD (unless you wish to format it) and voilà, you have Windows 10.
