Would you like a running disk or a standard setup? For a live installation use Rufus or dd, and for a regular install use the official installer.

If you haven’t tried it yet, think about using Etcher.io—a free, open-source USB stick that works on Windows, Mac, and Linux. It offers a clean, modern interface. I created a tutorial video a few months ago demonstrating how to use it.
