I updated the Windows and wasn't sure which additional drivers to add. The only ones I downloaded were GPU-related. Everything else let Windows handle automatically. I visited the motherboards site and feel unsure about the drivers needed. My R15 scores are 1406 multicore with normal priority and 1503 on realtime priority. Hardware specs: i7-9700K, GTX 970, Z390 Aorus Ultra, 16GB RAM, NVMe SSD, and a 1TB HDD.

Drivers seem unrelated to poor scores unless they affect scoring systems. Only GPU and chipset might impact scores, while Windows likely already has them properly set up.

I'm checking the results to ensure I don't need to pull drivers from my mobile support site. Are these numbers typical for my CPU?

I'm unsure. You mentioned reinstalling with the same hardware, expecting comparisons to prior scores. You can look for sites showing per-CPU scores if you wish. However, if everything seems normal while using the PC, it's probably fine. Benchmarks are useful for specific tasks but not ideal for general evaluation.
