After the latest Windows update, my PC believes it can't manage the overclock anymore. I5-4490K at 4.5GHz and 1.332v. Removing the update fixed it, but Windows continues updating and displays Clock_overwatch_timeout. See the update image here: https://gyazo.com/23f9e02e8efbd587efa7d672a07b35db
