I built a new computer and I'm facing problems with the screen while streaming on Hulu, Crunchyroll, but not on Netflix or Gaming. The setup includes an Asrock Z690 Aqua with an i9 14900KS processor, 32GB Corsair Dominator Titanium RAM, 6TB M.2 storage (three 2TB drives), an AMD 7900XTX, and a Lian-Li EG1300w power supply. It's fully water-cooled with no temperature concerns. I've tried disabling Hyperthreading and reinstalling Windows, which helped temporarily but returned after a while. Using the Snipping Tool for screen recordings appears to reduce the issues, though they still occur. I'm not overclocking and all drivers are current. If anyone can assist, I'd really appreciate it.
