Place it on one disk, then another, and finally the last. During installation, ask the system to use just a single drive. Choose the selected drive from the motherboard's boot options. No extra steps needed since the operating systems aren't aware of each other.

Follow the standard setup steps for each operating system, but pick a distinct storage device for each. Load the Clover bootloader onto one of the drives—ideally the Mac SSD.
