I've noticed similar issues in other discussions, but there wasn't a clear solution in the comments. Following the latest Windows 10 update, a new drive appears in File Explorer—a 449 MB drive with just 43.9 MB free. I'm pretty certain it's a virtual drive since I haven't added any external drives. Do they actually produce USB sticks of that size today? How can I get rid of this persistent problem? I receive a notification every couple of minutes saying the drive is full, which bothers me a lot.

It's a Windows recovery or boot partition. Use Disk Management, right-click the partition, change its drive letter, and remove the driver letter. Very straightforward.

You're unable to interact with the disk management interface.

It seems the configurations look fine overall. The difference in available space between your partitions might be due to hardware or OS factors. Computer brands can affect recovery partitions, so it’s hard to say for sure. You shouldn’t heavily modify these settings. These unnamed partitions include your Recovery and EFI System Partition along with two OEM drives. If this matches what you expect, it should work without major issues. The issue might just be a Windows glitch—restoring an update or getting a fresh one could resolve it.
