Whenever I sign in to Instagram using my Facebook account, I consistently encounter a blank screen displaying the Instagram logo in the middle. I'm unable to perform any actions, and nothing appears. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Here are a few additional suggestions for you:
Consider using another web browser like Microsoft Edge.
If you use a VPN, turn it off temporarily.
Unplug your router for a short time before plugging it back in.
Test logging into Instagram on another device or with a different user account.

For testing, press the three dots in the upper right corner, select "New Incognito window," open Instagram within that window, and inform me about your experience.

I can reach the location now, but after logging in the same screen shows up again. It worked once when I refreshed the page many times, but it doesn’t function anymore.
